Top 10 Medical Spas in North York, Toronto (November 2026)

A researched shortlist of ten North York medical spas, compared by treatments, published prices, who treats you and how to book.

Independent ranking. No business paid to be on this list. Read how we rank.

Key takeaways

  • Distill Laser Clinic is our first pick for laser and body treatments: it names a medical director, offers a free 15 to 20 minute consultation and lists its devices.
  • For published prices, look at Sonia Cosmetic Clinic and MJ Aesthetics, which both list treatment prices on their websites. Emerald Skin Lab lists many starting prices too.
  • Who treats you matters. MJ Aesthetics states on its own site that it works under physician delegation, and several clinics here name no individual practitioner. Ask who performs and who supervises each treatment before you book.
  • Details can change. Confirm prices, hours and who will treat you with the clinic before you book.

A medical spa sits between a day spa and a doctor’s office, and North York has dozens of them. This guide compares ten we researched, explains why each is on the list and tells you who each suits. Everything comes from each clinic’s own website, so we report what the clinics say and flag what we could not confirm.

Quick answer

If you want laser, body contouring and injectables from a clinic that names its medical director and lists its devices, start with Distill Laser Clinic. If you want facials and laser hair removal with a clear price list, look at Sonia Cosmetic Clinic. If your priority is injectables, fillers or PRP, MJ Aesthetics publishes prices for most treatments. Whichever you choose, ask who performs your treatment and who supervises them.

How we chose these clinics

We built a candidate pool from search results, clinic directories and published local guides, then read each clinic’s own website. We kept clinics where we could confirm a North York address, a list of services and a way to book. We dropped clinics whose sites blocked automated checks, did not show a North York location or gave too little detail to describe fairly.

For each clinic we looked at:

  • Treatments and devices: what it offers and which brands it names.
  • Who treats you: whether it names its physician, nurses or aestheticians and describes supervision.
  • Transparency: published prices, consultation terms and policies.
  • Access: location, hours and booking method.
  • Fit: who the clinic suits and where it may not.

We did not visit these clinics for this guide, and we did not use star ratings from review sites, because they cannot be compared fairly across platforms. Claims about awards and experience are the clinics’ own, and we say so where it applies. Read our full ranking method.

The ten medical spas

1. Distill Laser Clinic: best for laser and body treatments

Where: 1275 Finch Avenue West, Suite 407, in the University Heights Medical Building, with free underground parking.

Distill Laser Clinic’s website lists laser hair removal, Morpheus8 and EvolveX body contouring, PRP, exosome therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling and laser facials. It names the Lutronic Clarity II and Candela GentleMax Pro lasers and the SkinCeuticals and AlumierMD skincare lines. The site names Dr. Sarwat Ibrahim as medical director of dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections, and a laser specialist, Swaleen, with more than 20 years of experience. It does not list their licences or degrees. It says Botox is given by physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses certified in injectables, without naming them.

Practical details: consultations are free and take about 15 to 20 minutes, and patch tests are offered. Laser hair removal starts from $40 per session, with the final cost based on area and plan. Financing is available through Affirm, subject to eligibility. It is open Tuesday to Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. You can book by phone, contact form or Instagram. The clinic reports a Consumer Choice Award for laser hair removal and Morpheus8 top-provider status, which we could not verify independently. One public review we saw described feeling pressured to buy more sessions, so be clear about what you want before you commit to a package.

Best for: laser hair removal, skin tightening and clients who want a free consultation first. Consider: only laser hair removal pricing is published, and practitioner credentials are not listed.

2. Sonia Cosmetic Clinic: best for facials and laser hair removal with a price list

Where: 250 Sheppard Avenue East, Unit 203.

Sonia Cosmetic Clinic describes itself as a North York medical spa. Its website lists acne and acne scar treatment, Botox, dermal fillers, Profhilo, Hydrafacial, a Korean glass skin facial, HIFU, microneedling (including PDRN and radiofrequency options), chemical peels, laser hair removal on a Candela laser, tattoo removal on a Pico laser, and mole and skin tag removal. The practitioner is Maryam (Sonia), who the site says has a medical aesthetician diploma from Seneca College and more than 30 years of experience in medicine and skin care. The site names no supervising physician and shows no clinician licence, so ask about supervision if you are considering injectables.

Practical details: it publishes a long price list. Examples include a Candela full-face laser hair removal session at $59, a classic Hydrafacial at $89.99, microneedling with PDRN at $279, HIFU at $350 and a one-hour consultation at $25. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours’ notice. You can book online or by phone. We did not find opening hours on the site, so confirm them before you go.

Best for: facials, laser hair removal and tattoo removal when you want to see prices before booking. Consider: no physician is named, and opening hours are not listed.

3. MJ Aesthetics: best for injectables and PRP with listed prices

Where: 1110 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 304, inside Green Clinic East.

MJ Aesthetics focuses on injectables and regenerative treatments: anti-wrinkle injections, lip flip, masseter and TMJ Botox, fillers for the cheeks, jawline, lips and under-eyes, skin boosters, Profhilo, biostimulators such as Radiesse and Sculptra, PRP for the face and hair, thread lifts and IV therapy. It names no laser or energy devices.

The clinic is led by Mehran Javidan, who its site describes as an international medical graduate with about 20 years of aesthetic experience. The site states that he is not currently registered as a physician with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and that procedures are performed under physician delegation. It does not name the supervising physician. That is not a reason to rule the clinic out, but it is something to ask about. Before booking, ask who will perform your treatment, who the delegating physician is and how that physician oversees the work. You can check any Ontario physician on the CPSO’s public register.

Practical details: published prices include anti-wrinkle injections at $6.50 per unit ($6 for 50 units or more), fillers mostly from $300 to $550 per syringe, Profhilo at $550 per session, PRP hair sessions at $250 and facial thread lifts from $1,500. Consultations are free, with no obligation. You can book online or by phone. We did not find opening hours.

Best for: injectables, fillers and PRP with prices known in advance. Consider: the supervising physician is not named, and hours are not listed.

4. Rejoo Clinic: best for a physician-led clinic

Where: 3319 Bayview Avenue, Bayview Village.

Rejoo Clinic describes itself as physician-led and names Dr. Jiyeh Joo as medical director and founder. Its website lists Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and other injectables, PicoSure Pro and Elite iQ lasers, microneedling, peels, acne and pigmentation treatment, hair restoration and VISIA skin analysis, along with medical services such as skin and mole checks. The site does not list individual practitioners’ licences or training, so confirm credentials with the clinic and the CPSO register.

Practical details: online booking is available through its website, and it offers live chat. We did not find prices or opening hours on the clinic’s own site. A health-directory listing shows weekday hours, so call to confirm.

Best for: clients who want a named physician and a clinic that also handles medical skin concerns. Consider: prices and hours are not clearly published.

5. Perfection Cosmetic Clinic: best for a wide range of energy devices

Where: 97 Sheppard Avenue East, near Sheppard–Yonge subway station.

Perfection Cosmetic Clinic lists the longest device menu of the clinics we checked: Ultherapy, Thermage, Fotona 4D and 6D Pro, PicoSure Pro, Darwin RF, BBL/IPL and HydraFacial, plus injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra and Radiesse. It says treatments are performed by Ontario-licensed professionals, including physicians, registered aesthetic nurses and medical aestheticians, with a supervising medical director. It names no individual practitioners.

Practical details: a free consultation with a licensed aesthetic nurse or medical consultant is offered. Its FAQ gives general ranges of $7 to $15 per unit for Botox and about $300 to $900 per syringe for fillers, but no menu prices. We did not find hours. Clients sign an informed consent form and receive aftercare guides.

Best for: clients comparing tightening and laser options in one place. Consider: no named clinicians and no menu prices.

6. Emerald Skin Lab: best for starting prices on lasers and injectables

Where: 5 Kenaston Gardens, Unit 2, facing Sheppard Avenue, with free parking at the YMCA or Bayview Village Mall.

Emerald Skin Lab lists neuromodulators, fillers, Sculptra, peels, HydraFacial, microneedling, PRP, laser hair removal, Fraxel, Fotona skin tightening and IV vitamins. It names the Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse brands. Published “from” prices include laser hair removal at $129 for a small area, $257 for medium and $485 for large, a chemical peel at $199, a HydraFacial at $120 and Dysport at $9.99 per unit. The site mentions “expert dermatologists and estheticians” but names no one and gives no credentials. Its claim to be the best med spa is its own and is not backed by a cited award.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 11 am to 5 pm, closed Sunday. You can book online or by phone, and financing and a refund policy are linked.

Best for: clients who want to compare laser hair removal and facial prices. Consider: practitioners are not named.

7. La Vitalité Med Spa: best for energy-based skin devices

Where: 4918A Yonge Street, 2nd Floor.

La Vitalité lists anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, PRP, CO2RE laser resurfacing, Matrix Pro RF microneedling, Thermage, Ultherapy, PicoWay, Nordlys IPL and Venus Viva, and it names AlumierMD and ZO Skin Health. It offers VISIA skin analysis as part of consultations. It mentions a nurse and technicians but names no practitioners or credentials. It also has a Markham location.

Hours at the North York location are Monday 12 pm to 5 pm, Tuesday 12 pm to 6 pm and Wednesday to Sunday 11 am to 7 pm. Booking is online. We did not find published prices.

Best for: clients looking at resurfacing and skin-tightening devices. Consider: no prices or practitioner details are published.

8. Skina Medical & Cosmetic Clinic: best for facials and skin boosters

Where: 5587A Yonge Street.

Skina’s website lists HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, fractional CO2 laser, neuromodulators, fillers, skin boosters, PRP and PRF, Sculptra, IV therapy and radiofrequency and ultrasound tightening. It names the HArmonyCa injectable and a NASX Super Glow brightening treatment. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 11 am to 7 pm, with online booking. The page we reviewed did not say who performs or supervises treatments, and it does not publish prices.

Best for: clients who want facials and injectables at a clinic with online booking. Consider: no practitioner information or prices on the page we reviewed.

9. Skinlab Medispa: best for tightening and pigment lasers

Where: B2-78 Finch Avenue East.

Skinlab Medispa is an injectable and laser clinic. Its website lists Ultherapy, Thermage CPT, Forma, PicoSure, Laser Genesis, Lumecca, M22 IPL, CO2 laser, Hydrafacial, Botox, fillers, Sculptra and Radiesse. It refers to an “exceptionally trained team” without naming anyone or giving credentials. Visits are by appointment, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday 11 am to 7 pm, closed Wednesday, booked through Vagaro. Prices are not published.

Best for: clients researching Ultherapy, Thermage or pigment laser options. Consider: no named clinicians and no prices.

10. Clarixio Medical Aesthetics: best for threads and scar treatments

Where: 222 Finch Avenue West, Unit 215.

Clarixio lists PDO thread lifts, skin tightening, laser hair removal, acne scar and surgical scar treatments, spider veins, 5D collagen laser, PRP, Botox and fillers. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Booking is by phone or a contact form, and no prices are published.

Best for: clients interested in thread lifts or scar treatment. Consider: no credentials or prices are published, so ask both before booking.

How to choose a medical spa in North York

  1. Ask who performs the treatment. For injectables and lasers, ask for the practitioner’s name, title and licence.
  2. Ask who supervises. If a clinic works under physician delegation, ask who the physician is and how they oversee care.
  3. Check credentials. You can look up Ontario physicians on the CPSO register and nurses on the College of Nurses of Ontario register.
  4. Ask what is in the price. Compare per-unit, per-syringe and per-session pricing and ask about package terms and cancellation fees.
  5. Take the consultation. A good consultation covers your history, the options and the risks, and does not pressure you to buy a package that day.

What do medical spa treatments cost in North York?

Prices depend on the treatment, the product and the practitioner, and most clinics publish only some of them. From the clinic websites we checked: MJ Aesthetics lists anti-wrinkle injections from $6.50 per unit and fillers from $300 to $550 per syringe, Perfection Cosmetic Clinic gives general ranges of $7 to $15 per unit and about $300 to $900 per syringe, Sonia Cosmetic Clinic lists a classic Hydrafacial at $89.99 and a Candela full-face laser hair removal session at $59, Emerald Skin Lab lists a HydraFacial at $120 and Dysport at $9.99 per unit, and Distill Laser Clinic lists laser hair removal from $40 per session. These are not directly comparable, because each clinic defines its services differently. Always ask for a written estimate.
